Chaffey Aged Care

Since opening our doors in 2007, Chaffey has strived to deliver the very highest standard of care . Two extensions later as a facility with capacity to now offer 100 residential aged care beds we are well positioned as the regional leader in the delivery of residential aged care services.  Staff and volunteers at Chaffey pride themselves on delivering person centred care tailored to meet the individual needs of residents who call Chaffey their home.

 

Living at Chaffey is like a home away from home, residents are encouraged to personalise their private bedrooms which overlook landscaped courtyards or the many garden spaces that surround the home and the river flats and vineyard. There is always an event or activity for residents to get involved in.  Chaffey also caters for those who prefer a nice place to sit and enjoy quality time with residents and friends in our many courtyards, café, library and reflection room. These spaces have all been enhanced by our latest construction project and the newly refurbished and extended resident lounge/dining room is a picture with beautiful panoramic views and state of the art audio visual and equipment and surround sound installed along with modern and luxurious soft furnishings provided..  Whatever the preference, most residents are also welcome to attend the legendary happy hour on a Friday afternoon which is hosted in the dining room extension or attend a cinema like experience in the lounge, followed by a wonderful home style cooked meal or trip to the café for a barista style beverage.

 

Chaffey Aged Care is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who play a vital role in the governance of the home. Many of our board members are specialists within their own field of work. This provides us with a strong skills-based team who work closely

with the CEO in determining the strategic direction of our organisation. Chaffey Aged Care is led by a dynamic and experienced executive team.
